  So I hate writing bad reviews on people page but this is now the countless time i have been threw the drive threw at the barrhead location and have had the most worst service ever. I one waited behind a customer at the window for about 10 minute to pull up to the window to be told to drive around back as they are waiting for the sausage to be made. This is during breakfast time too. So I did and you found no parking so I waited on the road. When they finally came I noticed the hash browns we had ordered were not in there. So I had to walk into the restaurant to obtain my hash browns. The purpose of a drive threw is to not go in the restaurant. Also I am limited on my walking right now due to a accident I was in 2 month ago. When I go back to the car we drove away to find out there was no sausage on the same buns like.ordered and told to wait for to begin with. Now I understand that working in fast food can be difficult from time to time but really come on. If I could give a negative 0 I would. This is the worst service fast food ever

  Usual great a & w breakfast. Staff a let down. Service OK personality zero. There is no reason to make us aware that you find your job boring & a chore, try a smile for size. If any one had turned up for work there this morning in a good mood I'm sure the rest of the team would have killed it in minutes.

  Food is the same as every other A&W. I drive through Barrhead twice a week for work and usually stop for food and coffee. The men's bathroom is in a perpetual state of filth. I've stopped here at least one time a week for the last six weeks and the toilet seat and bowl have feces on or in it, the urinal is detaching itself from the wall, and it smells horrendous. I'm sure some of this is due to the high traffic's this facility receives, but, I will no longer stop here during my travels for this reason.
